Hello everyone, my name is Barbara. Born and grown up in this wonderful piece of paradise, I decided to welcome guests from all over the world to share with them the beauty that surrounds me, converting into a holiday home the portion of the farmhouse that belonged to my grandparents, who came to Tuscany from the Marche in the 50s. I live inside the property with my husband and son, but in another more recently constructed building. The enthusiasm for this activity has grown gradually, passed on to me by my parents who still help me in welcoming guests.

Perched on a hill in the countryside of Certaldo, it is accessible via a narrow, uphill paved road that lacks public transportation. Just 5 minutes away from the town center of Certaldo, where you can find all the amenities for a "local" stay: cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and coin-operated laundries. This location serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the renowned art cities of Florence, Siena, Pisa, and Lucca, as well as the charming medieval villages nearby, such as Certaldo Alto, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra, San Miniato, and the entire Chianti region of Florence and Siena.
